Happy Corner Refund Policy

Orders placed by the ‘user’ with www.happycorner.in (the ‘Site’) will only be binding upon Happy Corner after they are accepted by Happy Corner. Acceptance will be deemed to have taken place when Happy Corner acknowledges the user’s order by email or ship the goods. Orders placed on the Site will be assumed to have been made in good faith and for lawful purposes only.

Payment terms: The user’s order is deemed complete once he/she has made the payment by any of these modes – VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Cards or Net banking. In addition to credit cards, for phone or email orders the user may pay by direct transfer and personal cheques by mail. Happy Corner does not accept payment by cash for online purchases. All prices are in INR (Rs.). We will not process your order until we receive full payment for the same.

Cancellation of order: By indicating the user’s acceptance to purchase any product or service offered on the site, the user is obligated to complete such transactions. Users shall prohibit from indicating its acceptance to purchase products and services where it does not intend to complete such transactions. Once Happy Corner has accepted an order and notified the buyer of the same, any cancellations will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation, on the user’s request, may not be allowed, subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service purchased.

While it is the endeavor of Happy Corner to provide its users updated information on prices, product descriptions and availability, Happy Corner does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Site, as these parameters are subject to quick changes.

Pricing: Happy Corner lists MRP as the distributor’s suggested retail price. It is a benchmark to compare Happy Corner prices with that of other retailers. However, the MRP mentioned on our website may not always be the latest one in case the distributor changes it without notifying Happy Corne. Thus, any reliance by the customer on MRP while making a purchase is not the responsibility of Happy Corner. These are only indicative and may not always be updated.

Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of order confirmation and payment status. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to user’s account and duly notified.

Some products may be limited in stock on hand and are offered on a first come, first served basis. The decision of Happy Corner to supply these to a customer who order first on a priority basis will be full and final.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product, you can return it for a 50% refund or credit (of the product purchase price) toward a different product within 15 days. We give you 15 days from the shipping date to make your decision. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product.

Happy Corner only accepts returns made within the first 7 days from shipment..
